Before Booked & Fed, I built Not As Famous, a food truck cookie company, from the ground up — permits, health scores, bad-weather cancellations, and all of it. Along the way I got to know hundreds of food truck owners across Georgia and helped many of them find their footing.
I started Booked & Fed because I kept seeing trucks and caterers get squeezed by brokers who treat them like inventory instead of partners. I built this to be the version of the industry I always wished existed — for vendors and event hosts alike.
